We have 15 professional programmers (MSc in Computer Sciences, post graduate students in Computer Sciences, BSc in Computer Sciences) and 2 professional managers (BSc in Computer Sciences and Economics) . High priority is given to constant development of employee's knowledge, skills and competence. History 4Expand was founded in 1999 as an independent enterprise. Technical staff was recruited from the programming elite of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. For the first two years of our existence, we rented offices at the University, but as our activities expanded and our workload increased, we decided to move into our own space while keeping the facilities at the University. We originally started as a strategic partner of a Dutch web company, but we soon acquired other clients in Western Europe, Japan, United States, and other locations. At the end of the first year, we employed ten full-time programmers, while today almost thirty programmers work in our downtown and University offices. We achieve the objective by utilizing customizable engineering process, applying cutting-edge software technologies and staffing the most outstanding Yugoslav software developers.
